We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Worn or damaged pieces will not be accepted for return, unless you have contacted us separately with a specific claim and we have accepted.
Please note, any initial shipping fee will not be refunded, and a return shipping fee will be charged. Please remember to keep your tracking number until we have confirmed the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please reach out to customercare@grmtik.com with your order number, photographs and a description detailing the issue. As soon as we have received the pictures and description, we will process your request. When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on measure-to-made items as well as sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Unclaimed Order Procedure
In the event that your products are returned to us due to a failure to pick up your package, we will have to charge a fee of 40 EUR / 40 USD. This covers the shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of the products. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. When your package reaches our warehouse, expect your refund within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
